South Pasadena Residents will receive a FREE Water Conservation Kit for completing the eSGV Free Home Assessment. *While supplies last.

Efficient San Gabriel Valley (eSGV) free Home Energy Efficiency Assessments are no-cost assessments that can be done in person or virtually and are meant to provide residents with information and resources to implement energy efficiency upgrades within their homes. Residents will receive a personalized report for their home, including short-term and long-term water conservation and energy efficiency measures. All residents are encouraged to sign up – this program is open to both homeowners and renters! Each South Pasadena residence that participates will receive a FREE Water Conservation Kit including a custom South Pasadena bucket, a moisture meter, a hose nozzle, a hose timer, faucet aerators, toilet tank banks, leak detector tablets, and more resources to assist in implementing the recommended water conservation measures!
