We are thrilled to extend our heartfelt congratulations to our City for yet another spectacular float in this year’s Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade. The creativity and dedication showcased by the South Pasadena Tournament of Roses Committee earned them the prestigious Founder’s Award.
As we bask in the success of this year’s float, the South Pasadena Tournament of Roses is already gearing up for the next exciting chapter. We invite residents and artists alike to contribute their imagination to the 2025 South Pasadena float. The theme for the upcoming year is “Celebrate Life’s Special Moments,” encouraging participants to explore and depict moments that excite, motivate, and fill us with joy. To kick off the design process, a simple black and white sketch, no larger than 8.5” x 11”, is all that’s needed at this initial “concept” stage. Multiple submissions are welcomed, and designs will be judged based on their relevance to the parade theme, practicality, and popular appeal.

Remember, the deadline for submissions is Jan. 26, so mark your calendars and ensure your entries are postmarked or received by 5 p.m. on the same day.
