The South Pasadena ban on gas-powered leaf blowers is in full effect and enforcement efforts are underway. On Friday, February 9, 2024, keep an eye out for the American Green Zone Alliance (AGZA) rolling down your street with various models of compliant electric equipment, like leaf blowers! We’ll stop by to say hello to your gardener and show them various electric equipment and incentive programs available. As the property owner, YOU are responsible for ensuring gas-powered leaf blowers are not used on your property – residents and businesses will be fined if their gardener uses gas-powered leaf blowers.
