Strategic Planning is the opportunity for policymakers to define which policies, programs, projects, and issues are the City’s highest priorities during the coming year and what priorities the staff should be focusing on over and above normal operations of the City.
The City of South Pasadena has adopted a 2021-2026 Strategic Plan and has been implementing the priorities and goals of the City Council and the community since Fall 2021. With over 50% of the goals completed, the agency looks to revisit the Strategic Plan, to solicit input from community members, and to review and adjust the priorities for the near future.
Get involved in this process and attend a Public Input Session that a Strategic Planning consultant will analyze solicited feedback from the community. Hope to see you there!
