Resources for Customers Impacted by COVID-19

Clean Power Alliance customers have access to new protections in coordination with SCE to assist those experiencing economic hardship due to COVID-19.  Customers who have recently lost their job or are financially impacted by COVID-19 can access bill payment assistance, flexible payment plans, and easily sign up for reduced rates through the CARE/FERA programs. SCE is also suspending service disconnections for nonpayment. Customers can contact SCE at 800-655-4555, or visit www.sce.com/safety/coronavirus, to take advantage of these resources.
