Do you ever look at nature and immediately feel better? More and more studies are showing that consistent exposure to plants, green spaces and even gardening can be extremely beneficial to a person’s mental and physical health.

Join the Upper San Gabriel Valley MWD and Green Garden’s Group this Thursday, June 6th, as they host an exploration into “Nature and Health: The People/Plant Connection.” This VIRTUAL discussion will focus on people’s response to nature, the global connections of gardens, nature’s environmental impact, the benefits of social interactions, and stress management through nature.
